Meet The Team

Todd Amberry is a seasoned real estate developer with over two decades of experience in the industry, totaling over $500,000,000 in transactions. Before starting CanyonStone Capital, Todd held key positions at large, publicly traded real estate development and construction companies, helping his former company to be listed and traded on the New York Stock Exchange before exiting to start CanyonStone.
Todd started his career in the finance world after receiving an MBA in Finance from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business and drawing upon his extensive experience in the industry, Todd's focus, versatility, and experience in the industry have allowed him to lead in CanyonStone’s expertise in land acquisition, negotiation, entitlement, development, and investment.
Todd loves spending time with his four kids and wife, enjoying activities like travel and attending sporting events.

Britton has 5+ years of experience working with large corporations nationwide on cost avoidance. Most recently, Britton served as the executive director of one of the most prominent Non-Profits in the state of Utah, where he helped distribute millions of dollars in funding towards various government projects. He served on multiple steering committees with government leaders to better the Utah community.
Britton graduated from one of the top nationally recognized financial planning programs, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Personal Financial Planning with a minor in Business Management. Britton also holds a certificate from Cornelle University in Real Estate Development.
Britton has a passion for business and cutting-edge technology. He was an all-state athlete in High School and he continues his love for sports by coaching football and being a mentor to young men. In his free time, he enjoys being a triathlete, traveling, scuba diving, motorcycling, watching sports, and spending time with his wife, Madeleine.
